The Mitsuhiko Asami Memorial Museum opened in April 2016 to pass on to future generations the achievements and intentions of the author Yasuo Uchida, who set his works throughout Japan and continued to write about the scenery and emotions of people in various regions.
The museum exhibits items related to Uchida's works, including Mitsuhiko Asami, the famous detective created by Yasuo Uchida, as well as the author's handwritten manuscripts and personal belongings.
In addition, photo spots such as "the scene where the body was found," "the interrogation room," "the desk of the chief of the detective bureau," "the cliff panel," and "the face panel" are also available.
