Japanese swords KATANA enrich the hearts of those who see them, beautify the minds of those who look at them, and improve the character of people.
The Samurai Sword Museum exhibition room displays about 60 swords, including national treasures, cloisonné short swords set, important cultural properties, preserved swords, Tokunetsu preserved swords, and special precious swords.
The Ootachi sword, made in commemoration of the Tochigi Expo, is also worth a visit.
In addition to exhibits related to "samurai" such as armor, tsuba (brim), and men's palanquins, firearms and meteorites are also on display.

On the fourth Sunday of every month, we hold a special event where you can hold a real sword in your hand and admire it!
The event will start around 2 - 3 pm, so please come and enjoy the event.
