The gallery dedicated to Seizou Watase, a manga artist from Kitakyushu City, is located on the first floor of the former Osaka Shosen terminal building. 

This building used to connect Moji Port with foreign countries and was a significant hub in Japan, specifically a terminal of the former Osaka Shosen, one of the nation's leading transportation companies.
