The Moji Port Retro Observation Room is located on the 31st floor of "Retro Hi-Mart," a high-rise condominium designed by the renowned Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa. 

It offers a view not only of the Kanmon Channel during the day but also the night view recognized as "Japan Night View Heritage."
