The Yugyo-ji Treasure House was opened on April 30, 1977, as a storage facility for Yugyo-ji's fixtures.
The collection includes many paintings (picture scrolls, Buddhist paintings, prints, etc.), calligraphic works (sutra manuscripts, calligraphy, and books), and crafts (metalwork, ceramics, lacquerware, dyeing, sculpture, etc.), with a particular focus on Buddhist art.
The collection also includes a vast amount of medieval and early modern documents related to Tokimune.
* The museum is closed on Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri (open on national holidays).
* Admission may be restricted if there is a large number of visitors.
* The last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
